art boy goes away gaseous
wringing from the boiler room
impressions of himself

cross hatched into notebook pages
art boy somewhat redolent
fauxbrow indignation driven
poet and musician

stealing from this hardboiled
inward facing soul
on the edge of anywhere
a tres elusive studio
dionysus slinks around
keeps him on his toes

even though malt o crackers
spread worldwide
such loathsome ways

fervent with his concertina
in the shadows
